Seasonal influenza vaccination programme 2020

The flu season is about to start and this year, more than any other year, all patients who are eligible are encouraged to have their flu vaccination.  Letters inviting patients to the flu clinics are being sent out week commencing 28th September 2020.  If you are unable to attend the date you have been allocated, please let us know by email if possible.  Please do not call us to book an appointment for your flu vaccination as we will not be taking bookings until the main flu clinics have been completed (with the exception of nasal flu vaccinations for eligible children).  For more information, please click here to view the patient information leaflet.

Practice closure for Training

The practice will be closed for training on Thursday 23rd September 2020 from 1pm and will reopen on Friday 24th September at 8am.

  3. You can only go to pubs, bars and restaurants with members of your own household or support bubble.
  4. Up to two households (or six people from a number of households) may meet outdoors with social distancing (not in gardens).
  5. Places of worship and other settings with strict COVID secure arrangements remain open.

The Practice is starting to see patients now on a routine basis for certain appointments including smears.  Please contact the practice to book an appointment with one of our nursing team or via patient online access.  When you come to the practice you are asked to wear a face covering, only arrive at your appointment time and come alone wherever possible.  We have implemented all of the social distancing guidance at the practice so keep you and our staff safe.  If you have any symptoms of Coronavirus or have been in contact with anyone who has symptoms, please do not attend for your appointment and let us know so that your appointment can be given to another patient.  Thank you.
